Shipping Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

At Nixon Art Gallery, an arts initiative of the Fashion Umbrella Foundation, we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase.
  • Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day, and the three (3) business day processing period will begin at that time.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Recognized Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following major U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
  • Presidents’ Day (Third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
  • Veterans Day (November 11)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24 & 25)
  • Any federally recognized holiday

3. Expedited Shipping

  • If an order requires expedited shipping, the appropriate shipping option must be selected at checkout.
  • Expedited orders will still follow the processing guidelines outlined above.

4. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier policies.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
